Join Alice, Sam, Jo and other like-minded souls as we ring in the New Year of 2024 in conscious celebration. We will spend from Saturday December 30th to Monday January 1st at a gorgeous masia, surrounded by lush gardens, on the Maresme coast an hour north of Barcelona.
There will be plenty of time to unwind, curl up with a good book, or chat around the fire. We will also ground ourselves in the deeply nourishing and cosy energy of Winter, slowing down as we tune into our inner worlds through restorative practices and sound healing. This retreat is open to men and women. The retreat is sold out but you can register your interest for New Years 2024.

From the moment we arrive on Saturday we’ll ground ourselves in the deeply nourishing and cosy energy of Winter, slowing down as we tune into our inner worlds through restorative practices and sound healing.
On Sunday we will connect to the cycles of nature through the beautiful surroundings, meditating by the sea and walking in the woods. In circle and ceremony we will reflect on the year gone by, treasuring the memories, mourning the losses and honouring the wisdom gleaned. We will lay 2023 to rest and burn away all that no longer serves with a purifying fire ritual.
The night of the 31st will be spent in conscious celebration. We will deepen connections through playful partner yoga. Awaken each of our senses in turn, revelling in the miracle of our existence. Enjoy a sumptuous feast, ceremonial cacao and dance ecstatically into 2024.
We will welcome the first day of the New Year with gratitude. Allowing our intentions to bubble and seed through meditation, journalling and breathwork.
A delicious breakfast & lunch will be shared with new friends before closing the circle and embarking on our fresh adventures with a sense of rejuvenation.

LUXURIOUS ROOMS
All of the luxury rooms are spacious and beautiful. There’s a selection of twin, quadruple and one double room. Most are with ensuite bathrooms & the others only share a bathroom with one other room.

Samantha
Is a Barcelona-based ceremonialist, women’s wellness coach and writer. She specialises in menstrual empowerment & cyclical wisdom. She is the founder of By The Light Mooncircle and also hosts seasonal circles, rites of passage ceremonies and retreats.
The thread that travels through all she creates is connection to feminine energy. Her work is an invitation to return to old ways and ancestral gnosis that bring balance, and build bonds of healed sisterhood and a relationship with the natural world around us. The Earth beneath our feet, the Sun, the Moon, the Cosmos - the cyclical nature of them all, that also plays out in our wombs and lives.

Alice
Is an embodiment yoga and meditation teacher. Teaching from an intuitive and nurturing place, she invites students to connect and tune in as they move. She enjoys teaching fluid & playful vinyasa style classes that encourage students to explore their own individuality.
For the past five years she’s been co-creating international yoga retreats and adores developing enriching experiences for people.
Alice is a reiki master & breathwork facilitator, holding space for profound energetic healing.

Jo
Jo is a Maresme based yoga and movement teacher, Women’s Circle Host and facilitator of Soulful Events and Rites of Passage. Jo brings a playful, loving and intuitive energy to her style of teaching and space holding.
With a background and training with Birthlight, for Yoga for Pregnancy, Yoga for Birth and Yoga Postnatally she supports women and specifically Mothers in connecting to themselves at important transitionary cyclical life moments.
As a mother of three young kids and wife for over 20 years, Jo understands fully how important it is to fully nourish your closest relationships and yourself through connective practices and ritual. She enjoys teaching partner Yoga with her husband Nick, walking in nature and the Maresme Coastline.

Location
You’ll be spending your new years celebration in a stunning masia on the coast of the Maresme, Barcelona. The masia is set in beautiful grounds with ample outdoor space to sit peacefully in the gardens. Snuggle up on the sofa by the open fire or drink in the fresh air on the lush terrace.
