Put a spring in your step at lunchtime with the deliciously sensual Goddess Hour class every Wednesday 13:00-14:00. It’s an invitation to explore ways that elicit your feminine power. Return to the wisdom of your body through chanting, meditation, sensual yoga and free movement. After an hour of Goddess practices you’ll come away feeling juicier, vibrant and radiantly alive!

Goddess Hour was born from the realisation that sensual, feminine movement can be wholly liberating, expansive and connect you back to yourself. It is an invitation to listen to your heart and let her wisdom move you, shake you and uplift you. We will meditate, move in sensual, slinky ways and throw off the shackles to let the divine move through the body.
