Usui Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique channeled by Dr.Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s. Usui had a life-changing, enlightening experience that connected him to the universal energy and he spent his life sharing Reiki attunements and teachings with his students, helping to heal those in his native Japan and beyond.
Reiki is usually an incredibly relaxing experience, helping to reduce stress, allowing your body to heal. It works on the principle that when your body energy is out of alignment you experience symptoms such as disease, stress and fatigue. By allowing fresh energy to flow to your body it helps to restore the equilibrium of your personal energy making you feel noticeably better.
During the treatment I am a channel for universal energy to flow through to the parts of you that need it the most. I move primarily along the energy centres (chakras) of the body, using a variety of hands on and off touch depending on the feedback I receive from placing my hands over your chakras. Clients often feel a sense of relief and peace following their session.

WHAT TO EXPECT
During the session you remain fully clothed, your body cuddled by pillows and blankets, ensuring deep, comfortable rest and relaxation. I use a blend of relaxing music, essential oils, crystals and oracle cards to deepen your treatment. Most clients experience feelings of deep profound relaxation and often fall into a blissful sleep during the treatment.
The following week I will send you a summary of the chakras in your body with the strongest energetic field and recommendations to rebalance these energy centres.

A one hour session costs 66€ which includes a detailed follow up email with personalised recommendations.
A 90 minute session costs 90€ which includes meditation & relaxation along with a detailed follow up email with personalised recommendations.
Treatment can either take place at Tandem Studio in Barcelona, or in the comfort of your own home (within Barcelona center).

my qualifications
I’m a Reiki Master & Teacher with nine years experience in offering reiki healing treatments in Barcelona and London. Most recently I completed my Reiki Master training with Devi Ma in Ubud, Bali which has helped me to connect deeper to my spiritual path.
