Private yoga classes are a wonderful way to explore the beautiful practice of yoga in a way that’s tailored to your individual needs. Classes can be held in a location that suits you. I aim to take you on a journey of exploration within your practice. I usually teach a steady paced, creative flow where you have the freedom to play and investigate how it feels to move, stretch, breathe and connect. However if you need something thats more or less dynamic we can discuss this. Each class always finishes with at least a five minute savasana (or longer) so you can rest deeply, aided by an optional head massage with essential oils. I provide mats and blocks but feel free to bring your own mat if you have one. The classes are taught in English.
